About the role

Golden Care Therapy is an ABA therapy provider offering in‑home services to clients across the East Coast. We seek ABA therapists/RBTs to join our team and deliver ABA services to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. Our administrative team consists of former ABA therapists/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs. Responsibilities

• Provide individualized (1:1) ABA services in the home to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Utilize behavior‑analysis strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease those that may impede learning, safety, or social opportunities, following each patient’s treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data through an electronic system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Requirements

• Preferred: 1 year of experience in special education.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
