Description of duties

• delivery of lectures
• possible supervision of Teaching Assistants
• setting and marking assignments, projects, examinations, etc.
• timely submission of final marks
• advising students (in person and via email)
• other appropriate teaching duties related to the course
• ability to convert to online duties if required

Minimum Qualifications

• Extensive business and management experience
• Extensive leading experience, preferably in engineering intensive industry
• Experience teaching post graduate students
• Ability to convert to online duties if required

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Education, Business, Engineering, or Leadership Studies; or equivalent leadership experience
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in leadership development theory and practice
• Proven track record of effective teaching and curriculum design
• Understanding of engineering profession and context
• Capacity to deliver experiential pedagogy
