We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
for each heading only if content exists. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Special Instructions to Applicants", "Equal Opportunity Statement". Also remove "Review of applications will begin on October 26, 2026."? That's application instruction? Might be considered metadata; but it's not boilerplate? It's about timeline; maybe keep? The instruction says remove application instructions. That includes review date and required documents. So we should drop those lines. Also drop "Special Note: If hired, you must reside in the state of Ohio..." That's a requirement? It's a condition; maybe keep as part of Requirements? It's a condition of employment. Could be included in Requirements or Qualifications. We'll keep as part of Requirements. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: Department: Human Services Location: College-Wide (based at Metropolitan Campus) Reports To: Assoc Dean, Health Professions Recruitment Type: External/Internal Requisition ID: req7427 (drop) Employment Type: Full-Time Faculty Union Position: Union Work Schedule: Standard College Hours: M-F, 8:30am-5pm; Classes as Scheduled with Required Office Hours Number of Openings: 1 Job Description: (list of duties) - Teaches a full range of courses in the Human Services program including chemical dependency, case management, legal and ethical issues, diagnostic tools and systems. - Prepares and delivers lectures to students on various topics in relation to a specific discipline - Evaluates and grades students’ class work, laboratory work, assignments and papers - Prepares course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments and handouts - Keeps abreast of developments in the field by reading current literature, speaking with colleagues and participating in professional conferences - Maintains student attendance records, grades and other required records - Initiates, facilitates and moderates classroom discussions - As needed, advises students on academic and vocational curricula and on career issues - Plans, evaluates and revises curricula, course content and course materials and methods of instruction - Compiles, administers and grades examinations - Collaborates with colleagues to address teaching and research issues - Maintains regularly scheduled office hours to advise and assist students - Selects and obtains materials and supplies such as textbooks and laboratory equipment - Serves on academic or administrative committees that deal with institutional policies, department matters and academic issues - Participates in campus and community events - May be assigned to teach courses on campus or at partner high schools, conduct adjunct instructor observations, and contribute to program development Required: - Master’s degree or higher in Social Work (MSW), Social Administration (MSSA) from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited program - Minimum of 4 years’ full-time employment in a related field including 2-years full-time work experience in chemical dependency counseling - Licensed Social Worker - Valid State of Ohio license in social work - Teaching experience - Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite (or equivalent) - Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for students - Advanced communication (verbal, written and interpersonal) and organizational skills - Logic and reasoning skills to identify solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems - Sensitivity to respond appropriately to the needs of a diverse population Preferred: - Licensed Independent Social Worker and/or holds an Independent License in a related field - Demonstrated job experience and education in the field of Human Services - Community college teaching experience - Minimum of 4 years full-time employment in chemical dependency counseling Additional: This is a full-time tenure track faculty opportunity. We need to output sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. About the role: maybe a brief summary: Teaches a full range of courses... Could be from Job Description first sentence? But we must not invent. We can put a paragraph summarizing the role using the job description sentences. Could combine multiple duties into prose? The instruction: Use
for prose. So we can put a paragraph describing the role. Responsibilities: list of duties (the bullet list). Use
- .
Requirements: maybe the required qualifications (education, experience, license). Could be separate from Qualifications? The instruction says we can have both Requirements and Qualifications sections if content exists. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements = mandatory; Qualifications = preferred? But we have both Required and Preferred. Could map Required to Requirements, Preferred to Qualifications. Skills: maybe specific skills like Microsoft Suite, communication, logic, sensitivity. Benefits: benefits package. Pay: salary info. Schedule: work schedule.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content for each.
Let's extract:
About the role: Could be a paragraph: "Teaches a full range of courses in the Human Services program including chemical dependency, case management, legal and ethical issues, diagnostic tools and systems. Prepares and delivers lectures, evaluates student work, prepares course materials, stays current in the field, maintains records, facilitates discussions, advises students, plans and revises curriculum, administers examinations, collaborates with colleagues, maintains office hours, selects materials, serves on committees, participates in campus/community events, may teach at partner high schools, conduct adjunct observations, contribute to program development."
That's basically the duties but as prose. However we also have Responsibilities section as list. To avoid duplication, we could keep About the role as a short summary (maybe first two sentences) and Responsibilities as detailed list. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. If we put summary, we might lose some detail unless we also list them elsewhere. So we need to ensure all details appear somewhere. We could put About the role as a brief overview (maybe the first sentence) and then Responsibilities list includes all details. That would preserve all details (list). The overview may be redundant but not losing detail. It's okay to have some redundancy as long as we don't lose detail. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Summarizing away detail would be if we omitted details. If we keep a brief overview plus detailed list, we still have all details in list. So okay.
Thus About the role: maybe a short paragraph: "The faculty member will teach a full range of courses in the Human Services program, including chemical dependency, case management, legal and ethical issues, diagnostic tools and systems." That's from the first sentence. That's okay.
Responsibilities: list all duties from Job Description (the bullet list). Ensure we include each bullet.
Requirements: Required items: Master’s degree or higher in Social Work (MSW), Social Administration (MSSA) from CSWE accredited program; Minimum of 4 years’ full-time employment in a related field including 2-years full-time work experience in chemical dependency counseling; Licensed Social Worker; Valid State of Ohio license in social work; Teaching experience; Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite (or equivalent); Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for students; Advanced communication (verbal, written and interpersonal) and organizational skills; Logic and reasoning skills to identify solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems; Sensitivity to respond appropriately to the needs of a diverse population; Must reside in Ohio and be within commuting distance (special note). Also maybe "Full-Time Faculty Union Position" etc but that's metadata; we could include employment type? Might be considered metadata but not required. We'll keep as part of Requirements? Could be separate but we don't have a section for employment type. Could put in About the role? Not needed. We'll keep it out if not required.
Qualifications: Preferred items: Licensed Independent Social Worker and/or holds an Independent License in a related field; Demonstrated job experience and education in the field of Human Services; Community college teaching experience; Minimum of 4 years full-time employment in chemical dependency counseling.
Skills: Could be specific skills like Microsoft Suite, communication, logic, sensitivity, curriculum design knowledge. But those already in Requirements. Might be redundant. Perhaps we can put Skills as a separate section for "Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite (or equivalent); Advanced communication (verbal, written and interpersonal) and organizational skills; Logic and reasoning skills to identify solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems; Sensitivity to respond appropriately to the needs of a diverse population; Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for students." That seems like skills. Then Requirements could focus on education, experience, licensure. Qualifications on preferred. Benefits and Pay and Schedule as described.
We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each section has real content.
