Job Information

The Department of Economics, within the Steven J. Green School of International and Public Affairs, a full member of the Association of Professional Schools of International Affairs (APSIA), at Florida International University invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. Applicants should ideally possess a Ph.D. in Economics by the date of employment. We will consider highly qualified scholars from all fields of economics. We particularly encourage applications from candidates whose research is empirical, employs state-of-the-art data analysis, and focuses on development, health, the environment, or related topics with an international or policy-relevant dimension. The department is research oriented and offers B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. degrees. Salary is nationally competitive and commensurate with experience.
