Tent and Mezzanine Structure Installer
About the role
InProduction is the largest provider of temporary seating, staging, structures, and scenic production for the United States events industry. We partner with clients from start to finish, offering creative input, detailed drawings, and renderings, followed by meticulous installations and breakdowns to ensure a spectacular result at any event, including marquee sports and entertainment events. Responsibilities
- Installation and removal of Mezzanine and Tent structures
- Construction, installation, and removal of multiple styles of stages, floors, and tent structures
- Ensure full client satisfaction regarding service quality and finished product within planned time schedules
- Follow appropriate safety measures, including wearing and using safety equipment
- Carry, load, and unload materials from truck to installation location on site
- Maintain respectful interactions with multi-lingual team members, leaders, and clients
- Uphold company safety standards
- Clean and prepare construction sites, including removing debris and materials
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2 years of tent and mezzanine structure installation experience preferred
- Experience with Hoecker, Roder, Losberger, or Velderman products preferred
- Valid United States driver’s license preferred
- Basic construction skills, carpentry, scaffolding, rigging, and flatbed loading are essential
- Forklift, boom lift, and scissor lift licenses a plus (training provided)
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification a plus (training provided)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (company participates in E-Verify)
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule (40–70 hours per week), including nights and weekends
- Must be able to travel frequently in the US for extended periods (e.g., Phoenix Open, Austin City Limits, Jazz Fest)
- Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry 75 pounds
Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Certificates from trades schools and apprenticeships preferred.
Work Environment
- Primarily outdoors in varying environments
- Exposure to excessive noise, moving machinery, temperature/humidity changes, and dust

Pay
Hourly rate commensurate with experience. Overtime available. Hotels and per diem paid by InProduction.
