Tent and Mezzanine Structure Installer

Responsibilities

• Installation and removal of Mezzanine and Tent structures
• Construction, installation, and removal of multiple styles of stages, floors, and tent structures
• Ensure full client satisfaction regarding service quality and finished product within planned time schedules
• Follow appropriate safety measures, including wearing and using safety equipment
• Carry, load, and unload materials from truck to installation location on site
• Maintain respectful interactions with multi-lingual team members, leaders, and clients
• Uphold company safety standards
• Clean and prepare construction sites, including removing debris and materials
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2 years of tent and mezzanine structure installation experience preferred
• Experience with Hoecker, Roder, Losberger, or Velderman products preferred
• Valid United States driver’s license preferred
• Basic construction skills, carpentry, scaffolding, rigging, and flatbed loading are essential
• Forklift, boom lift, and scissor lift licenses a plus (training provided)
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification a plus (training provided)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (company participates in E-Verify)
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule (40–70 hours per week), including nights and weekends
• Must be able to travel frequently in the US for extended periods (e.g., Phoenix Open, Austin City Limits, Jazz Fest)
• Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry 75 pounds

Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Certificates from trades schools and apprenticeships preferred.

Work Environment

• Primarily outdoors in varying environments
• Exposure to excessive noise, moving machinery, temperature/humidity changes, and dust

Pay

Hourly rate commensurate with experience. Overtime available. Hotels and per diem paid by InProduction.
