Tent and Mezzanine Structure Installer

About the role
Primary duties include the installation and removal of mezzanine and tent structures, as well as other field or warehouse assignments.
Responsibilities
- Construction, installation, and removal of multiple styles of stages, floors, and tent structures
- Ensure full client satisfaction in relation to the quality of service and finished product within planned time schedules
- Follow appropriate safety measures, including wearing and using safety equipment
- Carry, load, and unload materials from truck to installation location on site
- Maintain respectful interactions with multi-lingual team members, leaders, and clients
- Uphold company safety standards and ensure safety measures are followed
- Clean and prepare construction sites, including removing debris and materials
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- 2 years of tent and mezzanine structure installation experience preferred
- Experience with Hoecker, Roder, Losberger, or Velderman products preferred
- Valid United States driver’s license preferred
- Basic construction skills, carpentry, scaffolding, rigging, and flatbed loading are essential
- Forklift, boom lift, and scissor lift licenses a plus (training provided)
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification a plus (training provided)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (company participates in the E-verify program)
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule (40–70 hours per week), including nights and weekends
- Must be able to travel for extended periods for event installations (e.g., Phoenix Open, Austin City Limits, Jazz Fest)
- Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry 75 pounds

Frequent travel within the U.S. is required. Hotels and per diem are paid by InProduction. Hourly compensation with overtime available.
