Maintain the basic daily operation of the primary tensioner machine(s)
The Tensioner Technician I will maintain the basic daily operation of the primary tensioner machine(s). This includes tasks such as tooling adjustment, presetting, and preventive maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain quality of the parts
- Check parts to meet quality standards
- Read small quality testing equipment such as calipers, micrometers, microscopes, etc.
- Read part prints
- Run one line at a time
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
- Zero to two years related experience
- Basic Computer Skills
- 5S experience
- Basic problem solving or troubleshooting skills
- Able to work with a team
- Able to run up to 4 lines
Position Requirements
- Weekends as needed with 24-hour notice
