Tensioner Technician I (TN) - 2nd Shift

Maintain the basic daily operation of the primary tensioner machine(s)

The Tensioner Technician I will maintain the basic daily operation of the primary tensioner machine(s). This includes tasks such as tooling adjustment, presetting, and preventive maintenance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain quality of the parts
• Check parts to meet quality standards
• Read small quality testing equipment such as calipers, micrometers, microscopes, etc.
• Read part prints
• Run one line at a time

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
• Zero to two years related experience
• Basic Computer Skills
• 5S experience
• Basic problem solving or troubleshooting skills
• Able to work with a team
• Able to run up to 4 lines

Position Requirements

• Weekends as needed with 24-hour notice
