Tennis Head Coach/Girls Position at Aubrey Rogers High School.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive tennis program that aligns with the school's academic goals.
• Coach high school girls tennis teams, focusing on skill development, strategy, and sportsmanship.
• Work closely with administrative staff to ensure compliance with all school policies and regulations.
• Attend all necessary meetings and training sessions related to coaching and education.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED (minimum requirement).
• One Reference Letter (this does not apply to current CCPS staff).
• Current Florida Educator Certification or Athletic Coaching Certification is required.
• Note: Coaches holding current teaching certification do not need to obtain athletic coaching certification.
• Basic Life Support Program (First Aid, CPR and AED).

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching high school tennis.
• Strong knowledge of tennis rules and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and other school personnel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Knowledge of Florida educational standards and practices.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
