About the role
Join our Mouratoglou Tennis Center in Jupiter, Florida, where tennis becomes part of your weekly rhythm.
Responsibilities
- Train both on and off the court, always respecting the Mouratoglou methodology and philosophy.
- Train according to the standards set by Patrick Mouratoglou and constantly maintain the training methodology.
- Develop the client’s tennis skills: demonstrate a great ability to adapt to clients and situations, and to sense, analyze, and act accordingly.
- Provide individual coaching sessions, both private and group, with regular and relevant feedback.
- Establish strong and lasting relationships with each player.
- Organize and support events and facilities.
- Be an active member of the Mouratoglou organization and promote its values.
Requirements
- Tennis coaching certificate.
- Proven experience in coaching tennis at various levels.
- Current level of competition in tennis, ideally with good sporting results (national ranking, ITF, ATP).
- Passion and willingness to learn.
- Ability to build strong and lasting relationships, with a strong commercial understanding and sales skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening).
- Fluent in English; any other language is an advantage.
