Train both on and off the court, always respecting the Mouratoglou methodology and philosophyTrain according to the standards set by Patrick Mouratoglou and constantly maintain the training methodologyDevelop the client’s tennis skills: the candidate must demonstrate a great ability to adapt to clients and situations, and to sense, analyse and act accordinglyProvide individual coaching sessions, both private and group, with regular and relevant feedbackEstablish strong and lasting relationships with each playerOrganise and support events and facilitiesBe an active member of the Mouratoglou organisation and promote its values Profile Tennis coaching certificateProven experience in coaching tennis at various levelsCurrent level of competition in tennis, ideally with good sporting results (national ranking, ITF, ATP)Passion and willingness to learnAbility to build strong and lasting relationships, with a strong commercial understanding and sales skillsExcellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening)Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage Eligibility Applicants must be U.S. citizens, hold a valid U.S. work visa, or be authorized to work in the U.S. through OPT (Optional Practical Training).
