Tenant Service Representative
What this job involves
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Process and coordinate work orders for maintenance, repairs, and facility services to ensure timely resolution of tenant needs
Collaborate with property management, engineering, and vendor teams to ensure seamless service delivery and tenant satisfaction
Support building events, communications, and community engagement initiatives that enhance the tenant experience
Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of tenant databases

Estimated total compensation
Estimated total compensation for this position: $22.11 - $26.45 USD per hour
Expected Schedule
Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or office environments
- 1-2 years of experience with work order management systems and vendor coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Reliable attendance and punctuality with commitment to providing consistent, high-quality service
