Tenant Experience Coordinator
About the role
CSC Station is seeking a Tenant Experience Coordinator to join our team. This is a fully onsite role, Monday through Thursday from 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. On days when no evening events are scheduled, the workday may be adjusted to 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, friendly environment to ensure high member satisfaction.
- Plan and launch community initiatives that connect different organizations.
- Lead networking events and manage digital community communications.
- Expand our local community outreach and partnerships.
- Foster a sense of inclusivity where fresh ideas are welcome.
- Maintain deep knowledge of membership requirements, guidelines, and policies, explaining them to members as necessary.
- Aid in the onboarding process for new members and coordinate member moves.
- Cook up and oversee on-site community and networking events.
- Build engagement and attendance for community programming.
- Ensure all shared technology, conference rooms, and workspaces are in perfect working order.
- Maintain a professional, clean, and organized aesthetic across the facility at all times.
- Manage all building operations to the satisfaction of members.
- Ensure members are aware of issues that may impact them.
- Promote new initiatives and expand our memberships.
- Maintain a positive relationship with key vendors.
- Contact with community leaders to generate interest.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, property management, retail, or customer service.
- Strong tech-literacy (comfortable troubleshooting basic Wi-Fi, AV equipment, and digital platforms).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for Delaware and our entrepreneurial community.
- Fluent in English. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
- High-level ethics, empathy, and dependability.
