Position Summary
We are seeking an office manager to be responsible for the general operations of the office.
Position Responsibilities
- Maintain SPC records
- Receive purchase orders
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Be able to complete tasks in Oracle
- Extract information for time studies in Oracle
- Research times in Oracle
- Use of PDM works and print blueprints
- Enter info for scrap on Excel
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Maintain chemical safety data sheets for the facility
Position Requirements
- Able to read engineering drawings and process sheets
- Work order processing
- Internal scrap and rework processing
- Printing production and prototype work orders
Education/Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- All oracle applications related to TemPres
- Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
Qualifications
- Knowledgeable about office management
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Oracle applications
- Ability to handle administrative tasks and customer service
