About the role

Opti Staffing Group is hiring an Administrative Filing Clerk (Seasonal) position in Vancouver, WA.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly under the Manager to support daily administrative operations
  • Organize, sort, and accurately file both physical and electronic documents
  • Retrieve files and maintain organized filing systems for easy access
  • Answer occasional inbound phone calls and direct inquiries professionally
  • Follow established filing procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Complete assigned projects independently after receiving clear direction
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure filing tasks are completed efficiently
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Previous office, administrative, data entry, or filing experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable taking direction and confidently completing assigned tasks
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling company documents
  • Positive attitude with the flexibility to assist wherever needed
