Temporary Warehouse Specialist

About the role

The Temporary Warehouse Specialist position will run from Tuesday, July 21st through Tuesday, August 4th (including Saturdays).

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders based on orders printed prior to the shift
• Stage orders for the shipping specialist to send out to customers
• Assist in stocking the pick-face (flow racking), when needed
• Break down boxes and keep the work area clean during the picking operation and after restocking the pick face
• Create and maintain a safe environment at all times for yourself and others
• Perform other tasks, as needed or requested

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Able to read, speak and understand English
• Able to stand for 4-8 hours at a time
• Able to bend, reach, and push packages weighing up to 30 pounds
• Willing to work in warehouse conditions (hot, cold, and dusty at times)
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions carefully and accurately
• Able to adapt to change on the fly
• Previous picking experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting preferred
• Prior work in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus

• Live in or near Utah County and willing and able to work 8-hour shifts in our Orem warehouse
