Temporary Warehouse Associate

This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 9–12 months, with the possibility of extending longer based on business needs. Coilcraft is a successful, privately held company in Cary, IL, with a worldwide reputation for high-quality passive electronic components. We serve industries including telecommunications, computers, automotive, broadband communications, and consumer electronics.

About the role

We are seeking a dependable Temporary Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, day-shift position located onsite in Cary, IL.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, organize, and distribute materials throughout the facility.
• Pick and prepare materials and products for internal departments and shipments.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials as needed.
• Verify materials and quantities for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.
• Keep warehouse and storage areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (position may require compliance with ITAR export regulations).
