Job Description
A/Day Shift - (Mon-Thurs, 5am-3:30pm)
- Performs basic tasks, minor repairs, and preventative and building maintenance to ensure safe and efficient building operations.
- Assists maintenance mechanics in routine troubleshooting and repairs.
- Operates powered equipment, safety devices, or other specialized equipment.
- Uses computer software, training software, etc. (list of specific software not provided).
- Assists in troubleshooting, parts replacement, adjustments, and lubrication.
- Completes all required paperwork for each day and maintains a clean work environment.
- Assists maintenance mechanics in equipment repairs and installations in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Identifies the need for supplies and equipment as necessary.
- Performs special projects or duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Skills Required
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
