Love shoes? Love helping people? Join our team at Shoe Carnival! We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Store Associate who enjoys creating great experiences for customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer help finding shoes and accessories
• Operate the register: handle cash, give change, and process returns
• Use basic math and counting skills for transactions
• Share promotions and Shoe Perks program with customers
• Keep displays neat, organized, and well-stocked
• Support loss prevention and store cleanliness

Requirements

• Great communication and listening skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Must be at least 16 years old

Physical Requirements

Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs during shifts. Comfortable bending, squatting, and reaching for merchandise. Able to move quickly in a fast-paced store environment.
