Temporary Staff Accountant (60-90 days Potential for Full-Time Hire)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainable fishing and farming practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Support the marketing and sales efforts to promote our products and services
• Participate in community outreach programs to support local initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (marine biology, fisheries science, etc.) or equivalent work experience
• Experience in seafood industry preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sustainable seafood practices and certifications (e.g., MSC, ASC)
• Understanding of environmental impact and its relevance to seafood production
• Experience with data analysis and reporting

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually
