Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing tasks including but not limited to installing, repairing, and maintaining water supply and drainage systems.
• Assist with mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks such as fixing electrical issues, HVAC systems, and general machinery.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in plumbing, mechanical repair, HVAC, or electrician work preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
