About the role

As a Dining Room Server, you will be responsible for delivering meals to residents and guests in a timely manner and on a schedule, providing healthy meals paired with first‑class customer service, and working as part of the dietary team to ensure a smooth, efficient, and safe kitchen operation.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to perform the job.
• Obtain a Food Handlers Permit as required by state regulations.
• Show compassion and a genuine desire to work with seniors.
• Perform duties for residents and with team members courteously and professionally.
• Be honest, fair, dependable, and respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
• Meet all health requirements and pass background checks.
