This is a temporary, remote position. While job duties do not require proximity to a CohnReznick office, you may be asked to attend an office for client work, team meetings, or trainings with scheduled notice.

Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for experienced hires across assigned service lines, practices, and geographic markets, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies focused on building diverse talent pipelines and cultivating relationships with qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce plans, hiring priorities, market conditions, and talent needs, providing strategic guidance throughout the recruiting process.
- Drive candidate sourcing initiatives through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, networking, talent communities, and direct sourcing efforts.
- Promote and expand employee referral programs, internal mobility opportunities, alumni engagement, and talent community development initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders by providing market intelligence, compensation insights, competitive trends, and recruitment best practices.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely communication, professionalism, and alignment with the firm's employment brand.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and talent acquisition projects that enhance efficiency, candidate quality, and hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within professional services, consulting, accounting, financial services, or a similarly fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success recruiting experienced professionals across multiple functions and levels.
- Strong sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), talent databases, networking platforms, and other recruiting technologies.
- Experience building strategic partnerships with business leaders and influencing hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, initiative, and customer-service orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and emerging recruiting technologies to improve sourcing strategies, streamline recruiting processes, analyze talent market trends, and enhance decision-making through data-driven insights.
