About the Role

We help make your world a safer place. Security Officers observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. This role plays an essential part in maintaining a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring premises, patrolling locations, preserving order, and enforcing regulations for personnel, visitors, and the area. Security Officers also frequently provide customer service and information to client employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites.
• Provide security and safety for client property and personnel.
• Patrol a variety of locations to maintain a secure environment.
• Preserve order and enforce regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers.
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking for long periods, which may include climbing stairs, walking on inclines, and uneven terrain.
• Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.

Requirements

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Backgrounds in retail, food service, or hospitality are a great fit for this role.
