Temporary Security Officer

About the role

Pacific Security is looking for part-time Unarmed Security Officers to work temporary assignments. All training is provided to obtain your guard card—no prior experience is necessary.

We seek confident, hard-working individuals who enjoy challenges and want to help the community. Our Security Officers are physically and mentally engaged, conducting patrols, investigating sites, and creating incident reports.

Schedule

Shifts available:

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Weekends

Responsibilities

• Safeguard client sites
• Investigate and report incidents
• Meet client requirements
• Interact with the public
• Work both independently and as a team member
• Write incident reports and logs
• Remain physically and verbally engaged

Requirements

• 18+ years of age and legally entitled to work in the U.S.
• Pass a Department of Licensing Background Check
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time, regardless of weather conditions
• Excellent time-management skills and a positive attitude
