Temporary Security Officer

About the role

Pacific Security is looking for Unarmed Security Officers who are confident, hard-working, and want to help the community. Our Security Officers are physically and mentally engaged as they conduct patrols, investigate sites, and create incident reports. We provide all the necessary training, so no experience is necessary.

We are seeking people with excellent time-management skills, an ability to be active outdoors for long periods of time, and a positive attitude. Pacific Security has specialized in commercial and industrial security services since 1972 and aims to hire and develop individuals that maintain professionalism and provide excellent standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard client sites
• Investigate and report incidents
• Meet client requirements
• Interact with the public
• Work both independently and as a team member
• Write incident reports and logs
• Be physically and verbally engaged

Requirements

• 18+ years of age and legally entitled to work in the U.S.
• Pass a Department of Licensing Background Check
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time

Qualifications and Schedule

This is a temporary position, working 36-42 hours a week at $18.00 per hour, with shifts of 3-4 days a week.
