Temporary School Social Worker

About the role

Join us and make a lasting difference in the lives of students at Rebecca School. We support students aged 3–21 with neurodevelopmental delays through the DIRFloortime® model, guided by values of respect, relationships, and emotional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing family support, education, referrals, and community resources to students' family networks
• Conduct home visits and provide clinical and counseling services to students
• Complete documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and family communication
• Participate in IEP meetings to support families, administer social histories, and conduct school visits following placement letters

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work (MSW) or related supportive mental health field
• New York State licensed master of social work (LMSW) or licensed clinical social work (LCSW) certification preferred

Pay

$57K - $88K

Schedule

Duration of this position will be from September-January
