Key Responsibilities

  • Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed plan for Free-Standing Store and Partnered Retailers.
  • Determine individual and team sales targets to meet and exceed plan for Free-Standing Store and Partnered Retailers.
  • Inspire and motivate Free-Standing Store and non-CT payroll door teams to continue to drive sales via the Tilbury Touch when Sales & Artistry Executive is not in door.
  • Analyze business performance and proactively suggest improvement opportunities through artistry, education and operations in Free-Standing Store and our Partnered Retailers.
  • Lead by example at all times to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service to drive Brand awareness in door.
  • Manage customer queries, through the use of sound judgement and achieving positive outcomes.
  • Work with the Education and Artistry team to ensure continuous training and development to be provided to all accounts to ensure Charlotte Tilbury standards are achieved in both areas of service and artistry.
  • Help provide an atmosphere that motivates and inspires MAGIC service, both internally and externally.
  • Implement door development plans and schedule support to address business growth needs.
  • Manage Freelance budget and ensure payroll is processed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that the Free-Standing Store and Retailer counters are 'customer ready' from open to close of business.
  • Maintain the required inventory levels and accurate stock files, escalate inventory needs as directed by channel to optimize sales.
  • Schedule to optimize coverage according to customer flow and business needs in Free-Standing Store and Partnered Retailer locations.
  • Control store expenses (i.e. counter consumables) within budget guidelines.
  • Implement visual merchandising, new launch displays and collateral placement as directed by the marketing team.
  • Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards.
  • Maintain technology on counter, to include screens, iPad and music.
  • Raise operational issues for resolution in a timely manner.
  • Complete all administrative assignments by their due date.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Beauty/Luxury industry experience.
  • 3+ years of Beauty/Luxury retail management.
  • Demonstrated ability in creating sales strategy and consistently achieving sales plans.
  • Ability to travel 75%.
  • Must be able to create winning partnerships with retailers.
  • Demonstrated success in developing winning teams.
  • Possess strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Able to work independently with integrity and efficiently in a productive environment.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and oral.
