Temporary | Retail Associate (Gipper's)

The Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division is hiring temporary/on‑call Retail Associates (2nd & 3rd shift) for Gipper’s in the Campus Dining department.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and exceed expectations in a fast‑paced dining establishment.
• Assist with preparation of food as needed.
• Stock and rotate food inventories.
• Operate order and point‑of‑sale equipment.
• Accurately follow brand standards.
• Wash dishes and maintain a clean unit.
• Perform all tasks related to retail, safety, and sanitation of food‑service facilities.

Qualifications

• Capable of managing time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Positive, respectful attitude with excellent communication and listening skills.
• Previous food‑service experience is preferred.
• Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods (up to 6 hours at a time).
• Follow food‑safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving food products.

Pay

$17.50 per hour

Schedule

Sunday‑Wednesday until 10 pm & Thursday‑Saturday until 2 am (Thursdays are a must).
