About the role
The PPHIG Lab is seeking a temporary Research Study Assistant (50–100% effort) to join our collaborative research team from August through December 2026, with the possibility of extension or transition into a full-time, benefits-eligible position. You’ll work closely with Drs. Judy Moskowitz and Liz Addington on research focused on understanding how positive emotions help people navigate stress, strengthen coping, and improve overall well-being. Our lab develops and tests innovative behavioral interventions designed to increase positive emotions and enhance psychological and physical health across diverse populations.
Responsibilities
- Build surveys in REDCap
- Conduct qualitative interviews
- Prepare grant proposals and IRB submissions
- Register studies on ClinicalTrials.gov
- Organize and manage research data in Excel
- Support a variety of ongoing research activities
Qualifications
- Organized and able to multi-task
- Experience with REDCap and/or Excel (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work across multiple projects
- Strong time-management skills
