Temporary Registered Nurse (RN) - Adult Emergency Department

Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team, serving as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; monitor patient conditions; assist with care plans; deliver safe, effective care aligned with policies; document assessments and interventions; advocate for patient needs and satisfaction; participate in performance improvement initiatives; support shared governance and mentorship; maintain professional standards and licenses; contribute to a positive work environment. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 2 years nursing experience; associate or diploma in nursing (bachelor’s preferred); valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact); BLS certification; strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills; commitment to professional growth and adherence to safety, confidentiality, and ethical standards. Additional Duties: Support organizational goals, engage in ongoing training, and promote a professional, patient-centered care environment. Complies with all policies and standards to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery.
