Temporary Registered Nurse (RN) - Adult Emergency Department

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care, serving as a key member of the patient care team, and acting as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to promote positive outcomes.Deliver safe, effective care per policies and document all patient interactions.Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and ensuring satisfaction.Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.Maintain professional competence, certifications, and participate in professional growth activities.Mentor and support fellow nurses, fostering a positive work environment and adhering to standards of confidentiality, safety, and professionalism.Support shared governance and contribute to a culture of excellence. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact required).Required certifications include BLS (Basic Life Support).Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. Key Duties: Monitor patient conditions, coordinate care, advocate for patient needs, contribute to quality improvement, and uphold professional standards in a supportive healthcare environment.
