Temporary Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care

RN Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee healthcare services for individuals in group homes
• Perform nursing assessments and clinical evaluations
• Monitor overall health status and ensure continuity of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support positive health outcomes
• Schedule and manage care across assigned residential locations
• Maintain accurate documentation and health records
• Respond to changes in patient conditions and coordinate follow-up care

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior nursing experience required
• Experience working with developmental disabilities or community care is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Strong communication, organization, and care coordination skills
• Ability to work independently in a field-based setting
