This is your calling for 1:1 Home Care! Our Wilmington Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. Private duty nursing differs from traditional home health visits by offering traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s), hands‑on care with only one client per day, and the opportunity to build client relationships and watch their milestones.
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state of North Carolina
- One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse
