Temporary Registered Nurse

This role is for a temporary RN position with the potential to transition into a full-time staff role based on performance and unit needs.

About the role

The nurse will provide safe, high-quality patient care across various settings, specializing in areas such as medical/surgical, telemetry, critical/intermediate care, behavioral health, emergency, or women’s services.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience in the Med-Surg service line
• Current compact RN license
• Associate degree in Nursing (bachelor’s preferred)
• Completion of department-specific skills validation
• Certifications such as NIH Stroke Scale and Cardiac dysrhythmia course within three months of hire
• Additional specialty certifications based on department (e.g., CPI for crisis intervention or fetal monitoring for women’s services)
