Job Summary

The Counseling, Recreation and School Psychology Department is currently seeking a Temporary Quality Control Lead to join their team of professionals.

Duties

  • Serve as the final quality control reviewer for all grant, reporting, and related submissions prior to supervisor review deliverables for: - Completeness and required components
  • Accuracy of data, calculations, and reported figures
  • Proper formatting, labeling, and organization of documentation
  • Apply structured quality assurance checks for financial and programmatic reports to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Maintain and monitor a Missing Items and Corrections Log and return incomplete work to assigned staff for revision.
  • Verify that all materials are complete and submission-ready before forwarding to supervisor.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining documentation to support grant reporting and curriculum processes.
  • Document review outcomes and track status of submitted materials.
  • Support internal workflow processes to ensure timely and accurate submission of reports and materials.
  • Utilize systems including Campus Solutions, Query, SharePoint, and internal tracking tools.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience; OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.

Advertised Salary

$18.00 per hour.
