Temporary Process Engineer (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical)

Responsibilities
- Improve production processes, increase equipment effectiveness, and support operational excellence.
- Demonstrate and promote a commitment to Zero Harm through safety leadership and behavior-based safety practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement manufacturing improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, improve quality, and optimize operational performance.
- Partner with site leadership to implement standard work, line balancing, workflow improvements, and bottleneck reduction initiatives.
- Establish performance baselines, develop improvement targets, and optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and drive cost savings.
- Conduct time studies, process analyses, material flow studies, and manufacturing layout evaluations to identify improvement opportunities.
