TEMPORARY POSITION: Nutrition Services Assistant Manager - 8 hours (Lake Elmo)

About the role

To perform a variety of responsibilities for food service operations, including such things as food preparation, meal serving, clean up, cashiering, in a manner that contributes to the safe and efficient operation of the kitchen site and also the safe and timely availability/delivery of meals and/or services. This position is accountable for the food production and service of a high-volume school. Ensures Nutrition Services standards of operation are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and coach all Nutrition Services employees assigned to the site.
• Manage the positive fiscal results of the Nutrition Services site so that revenues exceed expenditures.
• Communicate proactively with parents, students, the Nutrition Services Office, and building staff.

Pay

The starting rate is $26.41 per hour.

Schedule

Hours per day: 8 hours per day, Monday - Friday (student contact days), 6:00 am - 2:00 pm. Start date: ASAP End date: May 26th 2027
