Temporary Patient Service Representative (Bilingual- Spanish/English)
About the role
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) provides information, support, encouragement, and assistance to patients and families as they arrive at the health care facility. This role greets and registers patients and visitors, verifies and records patient information, and provides comfort and empathy to patients while maintaining the waiting room.
Responsibilities

- Verify and record patient information
- Provide accurate and consistent information to patients
- Schedule appointments
- Resolve patient concerns
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- 1 year of healthcare experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of phone etiquette and standard office procedures
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Starting Compensation: Minimum: $18.75/hour; Maximum: $18.75/hour
Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday
- Available to work E/O Saturday or Tuesday through Saturday
- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
