Temporary Package Center Representative

About the role

Package Service Representatives (PSRs) receive, sort, and distribute mail—including letters, packages, and overnight deliveries—at the four Package Centers for students living on campus. The role uses the SCLogic package tracking system and StarRez Housing Software.

PSRs interact daily with delivery carriers, professional staff, and residents while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
• Operate SCLogic package tracking system and StarRez Housing Software
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
• Comply with all Federal Mail Regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and delivery carriers
