Temporary Outage Support Worker

Position Summary

Provide support in the Outage Department for various outage activities.

Education, Training and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of 4 years' Cooper Nuclear Outage or Operations Department experience as described below
• Associate's or technical degree in an electronics or electrical/mechanical discipline and a minimum of 8 years' Cooper Nuclear Outage or Operations Department experience as described below
• High school diploma/GED and a minimum of 10 years' Cooper Nuclear Outage or Operations Department experience as described below
• Experience in applicable business unit operations, engineering, maintenance, planning or scheduling is required
• Demonstrated proficiency with automated planning, scheduling and project management tools is required
• Demonstrated broad-based understanding of work management processes and overall integration of NPPD's key enabling processes is required

Licenses and/or Certifications

• Former or Current Reactor Operator or Senior Reactor Operator License at Cooper Nuclear Station preferred if working in Operations
