Temporary Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Support
• Process and complete account verifications and maintain appropriate logs
• Handle deposit account related maintenance tasks
• Provide backup support for additional Deposit Services as needed
• Afford assistance to bank staff and customers with deposit-related questions or issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; banking or deposit operations experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication with internal teams and customers
• Proficiency with computer systems, especially Windows-based applications
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Physical Requirements

• Regularly stand, walk, bend, and squat
• May require stooping, kneeling, crouching, or reaching with hands and arms
• Carry, lift, move, or push up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Must be able to talk and listen to others
