Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring an organized, efficient, and professional work environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations, facilities, vendors, and office-related inquiries.
- Cook up office maintenance, repairs, technology support, workspace needs, and facility services.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, mail, shipping, and vendor relationships.
- Welcome visitors, oversee front-office activities, and coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting logistics.
- Maintain office security, company contact lists, internal communications, and the corporate event calendar.
- Ensure the office is clean, safe, well-stocked, and operating efficiently to support employees and leadership.
Executive & Team Support (Growth Opportunity)
- Manage executive calendars, meeting schedules, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and purchasing card documentation.
- Cook up leadership meetings, prepare agendas and presentation materials, and provide meeting follow-up.
- Aid in company events, meetings, sponsorships, and community engagement activities, including vendor coordination, logistics, promotional materials, and branded merchandise.
- Support office communications, special projects, and administrative initiatives while handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in office management, office administration, or corporate administrative support.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple departments.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Experience coordinating vendors, facilities, and office operations (preferred).
- Previous experience supporting executive leadership (preferred).
- Event planning or corporate meeting coordination experience (preferred).
- Experience managing travel arrangements and executive calendars (preferred).
- Familiarity with office budgeting, purchasing, or vendor management (preferred).

Standard Hours
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
Important Notes
- This is an in-person position located in Anchorage, Alaska.
- Remote or hybrid work is not available.
- Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Anchorage or the surrounding area.
