About the role
The Temporary Multifamily Recruiter will support hiring needs for onsite property management operations and corporate functions in the Midwest and East Coast regions. The role is expected to last from August 2026 through January 2027.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer process
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define roles, timelines, and hiring strategies
- Present qualified candidates and guide hiring teams through decision-making
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from application through onboarding
- Train hiring managers on interviewing best practices, candidate evaluation, and hiring processes
- Provide guidance on market conditions, candidate expectations, and competitive positioning
- Support interviewer training and consistency across teams
- Aid in early career programs, including internships and leadership development initiatives
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates)
- Contribute to diversity recruiting strategies and pipeline development
- Support broader talent initiatives and recruiting-related projects
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions
- Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating across teams
- Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Experience supporting multi-site or property management hiring strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
