Temporary Merchandise Associate

Role Overview This position involves delivering a high level of customer satisfaction through engaging interactions, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Responsibilities include supporting operational standards, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and store recovery efforts. The role may require cross-training across multiple store areas to support business needs. Key Duties: Model customer service practices, promote credit and loyalty programs, process transactions accurately, and uphold merchandising standards. Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and organizational standards. Participate in shrink reduction initiatives and support a positive store culture.Qualifications & Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and organizational abilities, multitasking, adaptability, physical capability to lift heavy objects, and effective teamwork.
