Merchandise Associate

About the Role

Responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Model excellent customer service practices for internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect
• Handle transactions accurately, promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising procedures and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives
• Support shrink reduction efforts and maintain organizational standards
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Possess strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Able to multi-task, respond to change, and lift heavy objects if needed
