This full-time temporary opportunity in our growing Littleton practice offers hands-on clinical experience in a specialized field of healthcare, working alongside an expert team committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam and procedure rooms
• Support patients during clinical visits and procedures
• Perform specimen collection and processing
• Assist Physicians with patient care and clinical procedures
• Maintain supplies and ensure rooms and equipment are clean and fully stocked
• Practice phlebotomy
• Maintain clinical supplies inventory
• Specimen collection and processing for in-house and outside laboratories
• Provide patients with information regarding upcoming procedures and reassurance/comfort before, during, and after procedures

Requirements

• 6+ months experience as a Medical Assistant in a physician practice
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel

Qualifications

• Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program – preferred (Certification, Nursing/healthcare assistant)
• Phlebotomy Program – preferred (Certification, Phlebotomy)

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year Phlebotomy experience or willingness to learn
• Prior experience in Fertility, OBGYN, or Women’s healthcare
• Experience supporting clinical procedures
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays.
