About the role

We are seeking a highly talented and detail-oriented Temporary Manufacturing Technician to join our Production team in Torrance, CA, building the world’s fastest hypercars. This is a 6-month temporary role supporting all aspects of part changes, including part makes, sub-assemblies, reworks, and revision changes. Assignments include containments, repairs, and reworking non-conformant parts. You will work within a structured, process-driven production system following detailed instructions to ensure consistent, high-quality products delivered on time. You will maintain a clean and professional workspace and contribute to improving both the product and the process.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of part changes, including part makes, sub-assemblies, reworks, and revision changes.
• Perform containments, repairs, and rework on non-conformant parts.
• Follow detailed verbal and written instructions to ensure consistent product quality.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and presentable work area.
• Contribute to improving product and process efficiency while maintaining top quality.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience with delicate and expensive materials.
• Hands-on fabrication experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience and comfort using major hand, cutting, and trim tools.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work well with others and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

$27 - $37 USD per hour.
