About the Role
We are seeking a Temporary Assembler responsible for assembling components into final products with precision and attention to detail. The role involves interpreting assembly instructions, blueprints, and technical documents, using hand tools and machinery, inspecting quality, and reporting issues. The assembler must follow safety protocols, maintain an organized workspace, and collaborate with team members to improve processes.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to read technical documents and blueprints
- Strong manual skills and hand-eye coordination
- Attention to quality and detail
- Basic math skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Physical & Work Environment
- Ability to stand, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Work around machinery, chemicals, and in variable temperatures
