About the Role

As a Brand Ambassador at Coach, you will maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will embody Coach values, increase brand awareness, and lead the implementation of company initiatives to support the full operation of the business. Responsibilities

• Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness.
• Lead the implementation of company initiatives and support the full operation of the business.

• Establish trust, maintain integrity, and support a collaborative, inclusive culture within the store and organization.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance.
• Implement individualized team development to increase overall customer experience.
• Support the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed.
• Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold the team accountable for achieving goals.
• Adhere to and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational procedures.
• Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for both internal and external partners.
• Create a customer-centric culture and mentor the team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships.
• Provide HR and conflict resolution support to the team and district in the absence of the leadership team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing a competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift/carry up to 25 pounds regularly (occasionally up to 50 pounds).
• Ability to climb, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Pay

Base Pay Range: $16.00-$23.75 per hour. Tapestry will comply with minimum wage requirements and any other applicable pay laws based on city, county, and state regulations.
