Temporary Leasing Specialist - Villas on McQueen

What You’ll Do

• Lease apartments in alignment with company policies and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Conduct community tours and deliver a compelling, personalized experience to prospective residents.
• Build relationships with prospects, residents, vendors, and team members.
• Follow up with prospects and assist in converting leads to signed leases.
• Auxiliary with outreach marketing efforts, community networking, and competitor research.
• Auxiliary with move-in and move-out processes to ensure a smooth resident experience.
• Complete administrative tasks including answering calls, entering service requests, and maintaining records.
• Auxiliary with compliance processes and coordinate with internal teams as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday schedule through November.
• 1+ year of leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Affordable housing experience is a plus!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service mindset with the ability to connect with a diverse population.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Able to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a lease-up environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $20-$25 an hour.
